- Real-time antivirus protection
The application scans incoming and outgoing messages for viruses in real time. All message elements, such as attachments (including archived and compressed), embedded OLE objects and attached messages are scanned. Depending upon the application's configuration, infected objects are treated or deleted.
- On-schedule scanning of emails and databases
The application scans mail storages and public folders on the server in the background, ensuring that all objects are processed using the latest version of the antivirus databases without any noticeable increase in server load.
- Scanning of messages, databases and other objects on Lotus Notes/Domino servers
The application provides antivirus scanning not only of emails, but also all other IBM Lotus Domino objects, including databases, traffic sent between Lotus Domino servers during replication (cluster or distributed configurations only), IBM Lotus Domino scripts and OLE objects.

Additional Features
- Centralized installation, management and updates
The application is configured and administered via the administration console built into Microsoft Management Console (MMC), a convenient management tool familiar to the administrator.
- Scalability
The application supports cluster servers, networks with distributed configurations and virtual servers. Furthermore, to ensure successful performance on networks with heavy loads, it is possible to launch several copies of the antivirus engine.
- Quarantine for suspicious objects
Quarantine is a special storage used to isolate objects suspected of infection with viruses or modifications thereof. Sometimes there is no way to identify unambiguously whether an object is infected or clean. The reasons for that is the object being scanned contains the code that resembles a known threat but it is partially different.
